Assessment fees

Bright Minds Centre provides assessment, diagnostic review, reports, recommendations and feedback routes where included. Fees are shown clearly so families, adults and referrers can choose the right pathway before booking.

Pricing terms

Before booking

Suitability first

A booking should follow suitability review so the selected pathway matches the referral question and the person being assessed.

Payment and booking

Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Payment and confirmation should be completed within 48 hours, using the secure link issued in the confirmation email.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations should be made with at least 48 hours notice wherever possible. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, but at least 24 hours in advance, 50% of the fee can be refunded.

Report and feedback

Where listed, the fee includes clinical review, a written report and a feedback appointment or feedback route.

Adults seeking clarity around attention, organisation, impulsivity, restlessness or lifelong patterns that may fit ADHD.
