Submitting a discovery call request or assessment enquiry does not create a guarantee of acceptance, diagnosis, appointment availability or suitability for a particular pathway. Additional information, consent checks or service clarification may be needed before a booking is confirmed. Discovery call, enquiry and contact requests are submitted via Semble, our secure practice management platform; by submitting a form you agree to Semble’s own terms of use governing that platform. Bright Minds Centre is not responsible for the availability or technical operation of third-party platforms used to support bookings and enquiries.
