Assessment Service Limitations
This page explains the boundaries of the Bright Minds Centre service so that visitors understand what the website, enquiry forms and assessment pathways can and cannot provide.
What Bright Minds Centre does provide
Bright Minds Centre provides assessment routes, structured clinical review, written reports, recommendations and next-step guidance where included in the agreed service pathway.
What Bright Minds Centre does not provide through this service
- Emergency or crisis intervention
- Guaranteed diagnoses or guaranteed external outcomes
- Automatic school, employer, EHCP or NHS shared-care acceptance
- Ongoing therapy, routine treatment delivery or general care coordination as part of the core assessment service
Independent providers and external services
Where wider support is recommended, this may involve separate providers or organisations. Their availability, fees, suitability, governance and service delivery sit outside the Bright Minds Centre assessment service unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Why these limits matter
Clear boundaries help avoid misunderstanding, protect safety and ensure that enquiries are directed to the right route. If you are unsure whether a request sits inside the Bright Minds service boundary, use a discovery call or the Contact Us page to clarify it first.
