Assessment journey

What the Bright Minds journey looks like

Bright Minds Centre keeps the pathway clear: decide the right route, complete the assessment stage, receive feedback and written outcomes, then use recommendations to plan next steps if needed.

Enquiry

Share who the assessment is for and what you are hoping to understand.

Discovery call

A short call helps confirm whether Bright Minds is likely to be the right route.

Screening

Information is reviewed so the most suitable pathway can be recommended.

Assessment

Clinical appointments and questionnaires are completed according to the pathway.

Review

Information is considered carefully, including MDT review where appropriate.

Report

You receive the outcome, written report, recommendations and feedback route where included.

After the assessment

Bright Minds Centre provides assessment, reports and recommendations. Any wider therapy or support arrangements are separate and can be explored through independent providers if appropriate.

Important boundary

Bright Minds Centre is not an emergency or crisis service and does not replace urgent medical advice. If there is immediate risk of harm, contact 999, NHS 111, your GP, your local crisis team or attend A&E.
