How risk is reduced

- Expecting service providers and relevant partners to meet lawful employment and safeguarding standards
- Taking concerns seriously where employment exploitation, coercion or unsafe practices are suspected
- Reviewing organisational processes as the service grows
Reporting concerns
Any concern that may relate to exploitation, coercion or unethical practice should be raised promptly. Concerns may be raised through service leadership routes, the Whistleblowing Policy, safeguarding processes or the Contact Us page depending on the context.
